Our goal is to make the process as easy and effortless as possible for you as we work together to honour your loved one’s memory.
First, we’ll take the time to listen and help shape your vision into a one-of-a-kind memorial. We’ll then present you with an etching of your design (which you can amend before we start production) and a quote for your commissioned work.
Once you sign off the final design, we’ll complete any necessary paperwork with the Burial Authority and request a 50% deposit so we can order the stone. Your choice of stone will dictate the delivery time to our workshop. For example, York or Portland stone can take 8-10 weeks, whereas granite can take 16-20 weeks.
After the stone arrives, we’ll start carving and lettering your unique design and give you a date for when your memorial will be fitted. Finally, once the stone has been fixed, you will receive your final invoice and a certificate of compliance.
